Good breakfasts; quiet; clean; convenient to many features.
Bathroom too small, especially shower. Steep stairs and difficult to manage for anyone with a walking difficulty, or cases. No lift.

Beautifully decorated accommodations with friendly, flexible customer service.
Unfortunately, the breakfast options were quite limited and underwhelming , especially on the first day. My room had inadequate lighting, difficult to see clearly. Lastly, the bathroom fixtures were either too scalding hot or freezing cold.

It was clean, breakfast was sensational. The staff was accommodating, exceptional with every request. The selection of delicious bread, eggs and bangers was a bonus. I've had a fairly nice stay for the one night. ...

The town of Dover was interesting - our stay was short though
Just the steep stairs and the security lights were a bit slow to come on (sensors) around the stairwell which made it a bit risky at night.

Chilled vibes, lekker big brekkie, and our hostess was super friendly! The room was massive with comfy furniture, setup was on point, and location made it easy to reach everything, like the castle and the coast....

Very friendly staff, very clean room. Everything was very nice. Tea and biscuits in the room!
Room was small, which was known. However, the bathroom was very small. I'm 6'2", and it was tough to even dry off in the bathroom because it is so small. That is the only complaint though, everything else was very nice.

The proximity to the castle. Beware of some taxi drivers - ours didn't run the meter and overcharged us by two pounds when we arrived.
They only had a continental breakfast, not a full English breakfast. For the money, I felt it should be a full breakfast. Plus, they wanted to know the exact time you were coming down for breakfast.

Hubert House offered an inviting atmosphere with a very cozy interior. The host was warm and cute. The location was unbeatable, just a quick jaunt to both Dover Castle and the beautiful white cliffs. My room, a Grand Double Room, was spacious and had fantastic decor. The beds were comfortable, contributing to a restful night. Breakfast was a treat. They provided generous portions. I appreciated the variety available, from fresh rolls to sweet treats. One minor inconvenience was the lack of parking. It was quite tight. Wi-Fi strength dropped occasionally, a bit frustrating. These were small issues, however, amid a generally good stay.
